We create smarter, healthier systems when we heal systemic injustices and raise collective consciousness, holding ourselves accountable for creating a world that works for everyone; a world where many worlds can co-exist and thrive.
My passion for mental wellbeing, disability + design justice and advocacy for racialized communities is demonstrated through my various fields of work, education and lived experiences. I am a champion of self-empowerment for Black, Brown, Asian and Indigenous women and have extensively studied Asian culture and diaspora.

Director Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action Partnering at lululemon
Leading a team of practitioners and reporting directly to the VP, I am a DEI business partner to lululemon's corporate head office functions, including People and Culture, Legal, Advanced Innovation/R&D, Finance and Technology. I build and direct strategy of global IDEA programs and initiatives as well as functional DEI strategies and business action plans. I also developed and led the Inclusive Design programming/education and our global DEI data strategy.
